The Guided Advanced Tactical Rocket or GATR is an air-to-ground or ground-to-ground launched laser guided rocket.
Lethal against softly or lightly armored, stationary or fast moving targets and provides users with an optimal solution for today’s dynamic battlefields and complex rules of engagement.
The GATR brings the benefits of more complex guided weapons but with a much reduced acquisition and through-life cost. Compatible with current missile protocol and legacy launcher systems, GATR is fully IM compliant and simplifies platform integration.
The GATR can be launched from a variety of platforms, providing high probability of kill and very low collateral damage at an affordable cost
