FTL have supported 2 charity events during September, Jeans for Genes and the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning for Macmillan Cancer Support.
We managed to raise £121 for Jeans for Genes by wearing our jeans to work and donating a £1. This money will help to fund research into genetics and development of effective treatments and cures for children with genetic disorders.
For the Macmillan Cancer Support event we raised £270. Many thanks to our ‘bakers’ for all the scrumptious cakes which definitely did sell like hot cakes!
